Application of mesoscale simulation to explore the aggregate morphology of pH-sensitive nanoparticles used as the oral drug delivery carriers under different conditions
The effects on formation of PLGA/HP55 nanoparticles were explored by DPD simulation. The optimal ratio of PLGA and HP55 ranges from 1:1 to 2:1. Different morphologies of nanoparticles would affect the loading of insulin. Ionized HP55creates favorable condition for release of insulin at pH > 5.5.
