Small molecular donors containing both NDT and TPD are rarely studied for OSCs. We describe the synthesis and OSCs applications of NDT(TPD)2 and NDT(TPDTT)2. Both molecules showed different properties due to the structural variations of end-capped. NDT(TPDTT)2:PC71BM active blend shows PCE up to 1.31% with DIO additive. NDT(TPD)2 shows high crystallinity and hole mobility.
