Novel Ag/Ag3PO4/BiPO4 nanocomposites with enhanced visible-light activity were fabricated. The synthesized Ag/Ag3PO4/BiPO4 is sensitive to the visible light. The Ag/Ag3PO4/BiPO4 exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity towards 2,4-dichlorophenol. The enhanced photocatalytic activity was ascribed to the formation of Ag/Ag3PO4/BiPO4 nano-heterojunction.
