Characterize nano-structure of secondary Al3(Sc1−xZrx) particles during superplastic deformation. Calculate strain rate sensitivity and deformation activation energy at different strains. Establish superplastic constitutive equations of Al-Zn-Mg with and without Al3(Sc1−xZrx). Reveal effects of Al3(Sc1−xZrx) on work hardening and dynamic softening deformation mechanisms.
