Rapid synthesis of Cu2O/CuO/rGO with enhanced sensitivity for ascorbic acid biosensing

Cu2O/CuO/reduced graphene oxide was synthesized through a rapid and convenient microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The Cu2O/CuO/reduced graphene oxide was applied to ascorbic acid biosensor. The detection limit is 0.301 μM over wide linear detection ranges up to 1000 μM. The sensitivity is 1375.486 μA mM−1 cm−2.
