Dual responsive (pH- and thermo) fluorescent nano probe was proposed for cells imaging. The mechanism was based on cis-diol binding mechanism of boronic acid and catechol. Reduced graphene oxide was used as quencher on nano-platform. Detection was controlled dependent on pH based on diol compound of boron chemistry.
