MIL-101(Cr) nanoparticles were HF- free synthesized via hydrothermal method. A resistive humidity sensor was successfully fabricated. The humidity sensor shows high sensitivity and rapid response-recovery time. Humidity sensing mechanism was discussed through complex impedance analysis.
