Graphene/MoS2 hybrid was successfully prepared via a facile solvothermal method. A novel nanoflakelet-on-sheet morphology was obtained by controlling solvent. The hybrid showed high capacity, excellent cycling stability and rate capability. The synergistic effect remarkably improved electrochemical properties.
