CBNLB-C15 ceramics possess excellent piezoelectric property (∼17.2 pC/N) and high TC (∼928 °C). The correlations between lattice distortion and Curie temperature (TC) of ceramics are given. The visualized crystal structure of ceramics is given for explanation of high electrical properties. Excellent performance of thermal stability is obtained (annealed at 900 °C for 2 h). The electrical conduction mechanism is analyzed by using electrochemical impedance spectra.
