Nitrogen and carbon co-doped Ni-TiO2 spindles were prepared by precipitation method and annealing treatment. The unique composite shows a remarkably high capacitivity of 223.7 F g−1 at 2 mV/s. Excellent cycleability with 91.5% capacity retention after 4000 cycles at the high current density of 5 A g−1.
