Microwave dielectric properties of ultra-low temperature fired Li3BO3 ceramics

New microwave dielectric properties of Li3BO3 ceramics were investigated. Second phases were formed and affected the dielectric properties of Li3BO3 system. Li3BO3 ceramics sintered at 600 °C for 6 h possessed an optimal microwave dielectric properties. The ɛr of 5, Q × f value ∼37,200 GHz, and zero τf = 3.1 ppm/°C were obtained for Li3BO3 ceramics.
