Phase equilibria in the MgO-SiO2-TiOx system at 1873 K were investigated. Isothermal phase diagram of MgO-SiO2-TiOx system at 1873 K was constructed. Influence of oxygen partial pressure on liquidus of anosovite phase was obtained. Higher SiO2 concent increases the activity coefficient of TiOx in liquid phase.
