A specialized device was utilized to characterize the MAP crystallization. Critical supersaturated pH value of MAP decreases when increase ultrasonic power. Power ultrasound can narrow the metastable zone width of MAP. The MAP crystal becomes larger in size with ultrasonic power increasing. The CSD of MAP becomes broad and uneven with ultrasonic power increasing.
