The decreased AMPKα via enhancing spinal synaptic plasticity contributed to the acute pain following single intraperitoneal injection of oxaliplatin. Activation of mTOR/p70S6K signal pathway contributed to acute pain induced by low concentration of oxaliplatin entering CNS. The decreased AMPKα via negatively regulating the mTOR/p70S6K signal pathway mediated the acute pain induced by oxaliplatin.
