Histone Methyltransferase aflrmtA gene is involved in the morphogenesis, mycotoxin biosynthesis, and pathogenicity of Aspergillus flavus
文摘
Gene aflrmtA down-regulates conidiation through brlA and abaA genes, and increases sclerotia formation by nsdC and nsdD genes. aflrmtA gene up-regulates AFB1 biosynthesis in PDA and PDB media by aflR, aflC and aflK genes. aflrmtA involves inflavus response to plasma membrane lesion, osmotic, and H2O2-induced oxidative stresses. In A. flavus, aflrmtA represses conidiation and up-regulates the AFB1 biosynthesis on peanut and corn seeds. aflrmtA up-regulates the activities of protease and lipase, but down-regulates the activity of amylase.
