The mechanism studies a preference based AC temperature setting in shared space. The proposed mechanism is efficient, budget balanced, and fair. Beneficial for both building manager and shared space occupants. The mechanism is tested in a real testbed of a tertiary education institute. Suitable to apply for commercial buildings.
