This paper is concerned with controller design for uncertain stochastic systems with time-varying delays. The parametric uncertainties which appear in all system matrices are assumed to be norm bounded. Two cases of time-varying delays are investigated. Based on the slack matrix technique, delay-dependent stability criteria for the delayed stochastic systems are derived. By using the analysis results, linear matrix inequality-based controllers are designed. Three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
