摘要
通过阳离子本体聚合方法合成了二氧戊环均聚物,并通过核磁共振谱仪、凝胶色谱仪以及热重分析仪表征了该聚合物的分子结构、分子量及分子量分布,以及热稳定性。实验通过将该聚合物与共聚甲醛(POM)按一定比例共混,研究了其对POM结晶性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热仪测试了不同样品的玻璃化转变曲线及恒速率降温结晶曲线;采用偏光显微镜,研究了不同样品的结晶形貌。实验结果表明:聚二氧戊环与POM具有较好的相容性,其加入可有效降低POM的结晶速率,同时,POM球晶尺寸逐渐增加,但当添加量大于6%时,球晶尺寸均一性和结晶形貌明显变差。
        Polydioxolane homopolymer was synthesized by cationic bulk polymerization method, and the polymer molecular structure, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, and thermal stability were characterized by the nuclear magnetic resonance, gel chromatography and thermogravimetric analyzer. The effect on the crystallization properties of copolyoxymethylene(POM) was studied through some certain proportion blend of POM and polydioxolane. The glass transition curve and constant rate of cooling crystallization curve of different samples were tested by differential scanning calorimeter, and the crystallization morphology of the samples was studied by polarizing microscope. The results show that the polydioxolane and POM are compatible, and the component of polydioxolane effectively reduces the crystallization rate and gradually increases the spherulite size of POM. However, when the content is more than 6%, The size uniformity and crystalline morphology of spherulites are obviously getting worse.
