KMnO_4预氧化强化混凝沉淀对太湖高藻水DON去除研究

摘要
利用小试试验研究了KMnO_4预氧化强化混凝沉淀对模拟太湖高藻水中的溶解性有机氮(DON)的去除效能,并通过分子量分布测定、双向电泳等手段初步分析了其作用机理。结果表明,当KMnO_4浓度为1.00 mg/L,预氧化时间为30 min,PAC浓度为20 mg/L时,对DON去除率为36.0%,浊度去除率和藻细胞去除率分别为88.3%、93.0%。KMnO_4预氧化强化混凝沉淀可作为水源水高藻爆发时去除DON的应急处理预案。
        The removal efficiency of dissolved organic nitrogen( DON) in the algae-laden water using KMnO_4 preoxidation and enhanced coagulation sedimentation was studied by experiment. The mechanism was analyzed using molecular weight distribution measuring method and two-dimensional electrophoresis method. The results showed that the optimal working condition happened when KMnO_4 dosage was 1. 00 mg/L, the pre-oxidation time were controlled in 30 min, and the PAC dosage was 20 mg/L, then the DON removal rates reached 36. 0%, the turbidity and algae removal rates reached 88. 3% and 93. 0%. KMnO_4 pre-oxidation enhanced coagulation sedimentation can be used as an emergency treatment option for the removal of DON when the source water algae bloom.
