摘要

目的探讨奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的效果。方法随机将我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的70例肝硬化上消化道出血患者分为两组,每组35例。两组均行常规治疗,对照组给予垂体后叶素治疗,观察组给予奥曲肽治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组总有效率(97.14%)优于对照组(74.29%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组不良反应发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(22.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)对照组止血时间、腹痛消失时间、呕血次数及黑便次数分别为(26.8±0.9)h、(2.7±0.8)d、(0.6±0.1)次、(2.1±0.4)次;观察组分别为(16.3±0.2)h、(1.2±0.5)d、(0.2±0.1)次、(0.8±0.2)次,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血效果较好。
        Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Seventy patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 35 in each group. Both groups received routine treatment, the control group was treated with vasopressin, and the observation group was treated with octreotide. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results(1) The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14%) was significantly better than that of the control group(74.29%), the difference was significant(P < 0.05);(2) the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.71%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.86%), the difference was significant(P < 0.05);(3)The time of hemostasis, the time of disappearance of abdominal pain, the number of hematemesis and the number of black stools in the control group were(26.8±0.9)h,(2.7±0.8)d,(0.6±0.1) times, and(2.1±0.4) times respectively, the observation group was(16.3±0.2) h,(1.2±0.5) d,(0.2±0.1) times,(0.8±0.2) times respectively, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Octreotide is effective in the treatment of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
