头孢唑肟致Stevens-Johnson综合征一例

摘要
Stevens-Johnson综合征是一种累及皮肤和黏膜的急性水疱病变,通常可由感染或口服某些药物后发生,其病死率可高达10%。本文报道了1例头孢唑肟引起的Stevens-Johnson综合征,回顾了该患者的诊治经过并进行相关文献分析,以提高对本病的认识。
Stevens-Johnson syndrome is an acute bullous lesion involving skin and mucous membrane, usually caused by infection or drugs. The mortality rate can be as high as 10%. In this article, one case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome caused by ceftizoxime was reported, the diagnosis and treatment of the patient were reviewed, and the relevant literatures were analyzed to improve the understanding of the disease.
