摘要
目的:探讨大蒜素对AA肉鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响。方法:选择200只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为4组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,日粮中大蒜素的添加量分别为50、100、150mg/kg,试验期42d。各组分别在21、42日龄时,每组分别取肉鸡8只,颈静脉放血致死,分离出胸腺、肾上腺和法氏囊,称重并记录数据,分析大蒜素对AA肉鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响。结果:在每kg基础日粮中分别添加50、100、150mg的大蒜素时,能不同程度地提高21日龄AA肉鸡胸腺、肾上腺、胰腺的重量与指数。42日龄时,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组胸腺、肾上腺重量和指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在每kg基础日粮中分别添加100mg的大蒜素效果最佳。结论:在口粮中添加大蒜素100mg/kg,对AA肉鸡胸腺和法氏囊的生长有促进作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of allicin on the growth and development of immune organs in AA broilers.Methods:200 AA broilers(1 day old)were divided into 4 groups randomly,group Ⅰwas the control group which was fed basic diet with no allicin.groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣ were the test group which were added allicin 50,100,150 mg/kg,respectively.This study lasted for a test period of 42 days.Eight chickens were selected from each group on day 21 and 42,respectively.They were isolated and weighed of the thymus,adrenal gland,pancreas and bursa of fabricius after jugular bleeding.The effects of allicin on the growth and development of immune organs in AA broilers were analyzed.Results:Allicin addition of 50,100,150 mg/kg in the basic diet could increase the weight and index of the thymus,adrenal gland and pancreas of 21-day old AA broiler.Thymus and adrenal weight and index in the groups(Ⅲ,Ⅳ)On Day 42 were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the best effects of allicin adding is 100 mg/kg in the basic diet.Conclusion:Allicin(100 mg/kg in diet)can promote the growth of AA broilers' thymus,pancreas and bursa of fabricius.
