屠宰前禁食时间对肉鸡体重损失、屠宰性能和血脂指标的影响

摘要
本试验旨在研究宰前不同禁食时间对艾拔益加(AA)肉鸡体重损失、屠宰性能和血脂指标的影响。将50只42日龄AA肉鸡随机分为5组,每组10只,分别禁食0(对照)、6、12、18、24 h后,宰杀取样,测定体重损失、屠宰性能和血脂指标。结果表明:随着禁食时间的延长,宰前体重呈显著下降(P<0.05),体重损失和体重损失率显著增长(P<0.05),屠宰率和胸肌率均有显著升高(P<0.05),胸肌和腿肌含水量均有显著降低(P<0.05),血清甘油三酯浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,屠宰前适度禁食(6~12 h)能够减少肉鸡体重损失,可以避免长时间禁食(>18 h)造成的肉鸡体重损失显著增加、屠宰性能显著降低而带来的经济损失。
