摘要

目的分析研究在手术室护理管理中应用质量控制小组管理模式的临床应用价值。方法调查2017年3月至2018年2月我院手术室护理管理工作中采取质量控制小组管理模式取得的效果,将2016年2月至2017年2月我院手术室护理管理工作设为对照组,护理人员30名,将2017年3月至2018年2月我院实施质量控制小组管理模式后的手术室护理管理工作设为观察组,护理人员30名,对质量控制管理小组模式实施前后的护理人员的护理质量评分进行对比分析。结果对比两组病患的护理质量评分:观察组在消毒隔离组、教学组、管理质量组、护理文书组的评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中应用质量控制小组管理模式,可有效提高护理质量,值得大力推广实行。
        Objective To analyze the clinical application value of applying quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management. Methods To investigate the effect of adopting the quality control group management mode in the nursing management of the operating room in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018, and to compare the nursing management of our operating room from February 2016 to February 2017 as the control group, 30 nursing staff, the operation room management management work after the implementation of the quality control group management mode in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 was set as the observation group, 30 nursing staff, before and after the implementation of the quality control management team model The nursing staff's care quality scores were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared: the scores of the observation group in the disinfection isolation group, the teaching group, the management quality group, the nursing document group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control group management mode in operating room nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of promotion and implementation.
