摘要
针对突发失效与退化失效在连续生产中同时存在的这种普遍现象,建立突发失效与退化失效相关性,即基于竞争失效的可靠性建模及评估对生产实际进行分析。引入单威布尔分布描述突发失效可靠度模型,对于退化失效采用Wiener过程来描述产品的性能退化轨迹。分别建立独立条件下和相关条件下的竞争失效的可靠性模型,利用信号及功率采集系统和刀具测微仪对连续生产过程的刀具磨损状态和零件质量变化进行监测,将其加工过程的刀具磨损量作为退化指标,分别建立突发失效、退化失效、独立条件下的竞争失效和相关条件下的竞争失效4种可靠度模型,并通过对比分析验证所得模型的有效性。
        Considering the sudden failure and degradation failure coexist in a continuous production as a common status,w construct the correlation of sudden failure and degradation failure.It is a reliability modeling and evaluation based on competitive failure,and is used to analyze the production practice.First,a single Weibull distribution is used to describe the model of sudden failure reliability,and Wiener process is used to describe the performance degradation trajectory of the product.Second,the reliability model of competitive failure is established between under independent condition and related condition.The signal,power acquisition system and tool micrometer are used to monitor the tool wear condition in continuous production and part quality change.Eventually,the tool wear quantity of the machining process is used as the degradation index,and the reliability model based on the competitive failure is established,and the validity of the model is verified by comparison.
