草原资源信息平台的研发与应用——以西藏草原为例

摘要
资源信息的整合、挖掘,建立以数据库系统为基础的信息平台是草原资源利用和保护的迫切任务。西藏草原资源信息平台以目前国际上高度认可且极具发展潜力的对象化设计方法及专业开发工具为研发框架和手段。以西藏第二次草原普查的数据资料为基础,研发出一套通用性、稳定性和兼容性较强,并能够满足西藏地区草原资源信息管理需要的应用系统平台。西藏草原资源的GIS数据库管理功能的实现,创建了我国高海拔、大尺度草原信息快速获取与精准制图成套技术方法,提升了草原资源数据管理的精准度和工作效率,满足草原资源监管、宏观调控和社会化服务的需要。
The urgent task of grassland resource utilization and protection is to integrate and excavate resource information and establish information platform based on database system.The Tibet grassland resource information platform is a set of application system platform with strong universality,stability and compatibility,and could meet the needs of grassland resource information management in Tibet.This system platform research and development is based on the data of the second survey of grassland in Tibet,using the objective design method and professional development tools that are highly recognized internationally and have great development potential.It has established a complete set of technical methods for the rapid acquisition and accurate mapping of grassland information at high altitude and large scale in China,improved the accuracy and efficiency of the data management of grassland resources,and met the needs of the supervision,macro regulation and social service of grassland resources,and could realize GIS database management function of Tibetan grassland resources.
