摘要

辽宁阜新皮革产业开发区位于自古就有"方圆百里畴,清河第一集"之美誉的辽宁省阜新市清河门区境内,经过多年的建设发展,皮革产业开发区已经取得了显著成绩,但也遇到了一些建设问题和发展瓶颈,只有走改革创新的发展之路,才能解决发展中遇到的矛盾和问题。
        Fuxin Leather Industry Development Zone in Liaoning Province is located in Qinghemen District,Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. Since the ancient times, it is known to the be one of the biggest bazaar of QingHe with a 100 miles area. After years of construction and development, the leather industry development zone has made remarkable achievements, but it has also encountered some construction problems and development bottlenecks. Only by innovating the way of development and reform, the contradictions and problems encountered in the development can be solved.
