摘要
提出了一种适用于矩形钢管单层网壳结构的新型装配式节点,该节点通过预埋螺栓的方式避免杆件开孔对截面的削弱,构造简单、传力路径清晰,且装配简单方便。通过16个节点的四点弯曲试验,研究了该类节点的受弯性能及失效模式。结果表明:该类节点具有良好的受弯性能,节点受弯能力随螺栓直径的增大、杆件端板厚度的增加以及杆件端板距节点体距离的减小而增强;在弯矩作用下,节点的失效模式主要包括杆件失效、螺栓失效及杆件端板失效;与杆件开孔节点相比,所提节点在受弯承载力及变形能力方面具均有优势,但初始抗弯刚度略低。与试验结果的比较表明,考虑接触效应的非线性有限元分析模型可以较好地模拟节点的受弯性能。
        This paper proposes a new type of assembly joint for connecting rectangular hollow section(RHS) members in single-layer latticed shells. With the bolts pre-embedded, this joint prevents the weakening of member section from opening holes in members. It is simple in component and clear in force transmission with convenience in assembly. Four-point bending tests are conducted on 16 specimens to study the bending behavior and failure pattern of the joint. It is shown that the new joint provides favorable bending behavior. The bending resistance capacity of the joint increases with the increase of the diameter of bolts and the thickness of member end plate, and decreases with the gap between the member end plate and the rigid part of the joint. There are three failure patterns of the joint subject to bending, including member failure, bolt failure and member end plate failure. Compared with joints with holes in the member, the proposed joint has advantages in its bending capacity and deformation capacity but disadvantages in its initial bending stiffness. Comparison between finite element results and test results indicates that, the nonlinear finite element model with consideration of contact effect can simulate the bending behavior of the joint satisfactorily.
