摘要

服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目促进了学位授权审核制度的改革,也推动了高校人才培养模式的创新。在实施这一项目的过程中,南京财经大学结合自身实际,明确项目培养人才目标,创新人才培养模式和人才培养质量保障体系,为其他高校创新人才培养模式提供了借鉴和经验。
        The talent cultivating program for serving the national special needs, was to establish a degree authorization mechanism according to the talent demands, which could satisfy the economic and social development demands better. It promoted the reform of the degree authorization audit system as well as the innovation of the talent cultivating model. When carrying out the doctorate talent cultivating program, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics found its own disciplinary field, and innovated the talent cultivating model and the talent cultivating quality guarantee system based on its practice, offering references and experience for other universities.
