高职学前教育专业人才培养目标的优化研究——以对《C校2017版人才培养方案》的研究为例

摘要
高职学前教育专业人才培养目标是《高职学前教育专业人才培养方案》中的统领要素,其准确的定位对提高学前教育师资培养质量尤其是由中职升格整合而成的高职院校来说尤为重要。以由中职升格整合而成的C校学前教育专业2017版培养方案中培养目标为例,基于《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》《教师教育课程标准(试行)》对学前教育专业培养目标的文本规定,结合实证调查的结果,剖析人才培养目标的问题并提出优化策略,为编制新版高质量的人才培养方案提供参考。
        The goal of cultivating talents of preschool education in higher vocational education is the dominant factor in the program of cultivating talents of preschool education in higher vocational education. Its accurate orientation is especially important for improving the quality of preschool education teachers,especially for the vocational colleges which are upgraded and integrated by secondary vocational schools. It takes the training goal in the 2017 edition of preschool education program of C College as an example,which is integrated by secondary vocational promotion. Based on the text stipulation of the training goal of preschool education major and the"Professional Standard for Kindergarten Teachers( trial) "and"Curriculum Standard for Teacher Education( trial implementation) ",combined with the result of empirical investigation,this paper analyzes the problem of talent training goal and puts forward the optimization strategy to provide references for a new version of the high-quality talent training program.
