摘要
由拉萨市养鸡场分离鉴定得到致病性沙门氏菌,采用K-B法,对其耐药性进行检测,并对耐药性较高的4株沙门氏菌进行质粒的提取与检测,采用变温SDS法进行质粒消除试验,分析其耐药菌谱和耐药质粒之间的关系,对耐药基因进行定位。结果表明,3株沙门氏菌菌有耐药质粒的存在,质粒数目为1~4个,大小为1.8~36 kb之间,质粒携带率为75%。质粒消除试验结果表明所检测的3株菌对大部分药物恢复了敏感性。检测质粒介导的耐药基因有AMX、ERY、TET、CIP、NOR、CMP。
        Pathogenic salmonella was isolated and identified from poultry farms in Lhasa, drug resistance was detected by K-B method. To extract and detect salmonella plasmid of 4 strains with high drug-resistance. The plasmid elimination test was completed by variable temperature SDS method, the relationship between the resistant strain spectrum and the resistant plasmid was analyzed, drug resistance genes were located. The results showed 3 strains had drug resistance plasmids, the number of plasmid ranged from 1 to 4. The size was between 1.8~36 kb, the plasmid carrying rate was 75%. The plasmid eliminate experiment showed that the three strains regained sensitivity to most of the drugs, plasmid mediated resistance genes were AMX, ERY, TET, CIP, NOR,CMP.
