苯丙乳液和VAE乳液改性水泥砂浆力学性能的试验研究

摘要
为研究苯丙乳液和VAE乳液对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,分别测定了五种聚灰比下苯丙乳液改性水泥砂浆和VAE乳液改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度以及粘结强度。结果表明:VAE乳液和苯丙乳液的掺入均可显著改善水泥砂浆的的抗折强度、韧性、抗拉强度和粘结强度,但对水泥砂浆抗压强度的改善效果均不明显,甚至有所降低;聚灰比从8%增加到12%时,苯丙乳液对水泥砂浆抗拉强度的改善效果逐渐增大,对粘结强度的改善效果逐渐减小; VAE乳液对水泥砂浆抗拉强度的改善效果逐渐降低,对粘结强度的改善效果逐渐增大;聚灰比为8%~12%时,VAE乳液对水泥砂浆抗折强度和韧性的改善效果优于苯丙乳液;聚灰比为8%~11%时,VAE乳液对水泥砂浆抗拉强度的改善效果优于苯丙乳液,聚灰比为11%~12%时,苯丙乳液对水泥砂浆抗拉强度的改善效果优于VAE乳液。
        In order to research the influence of styrene-acrylic emulsion and VAE emulsion on the mechanical properties of cement mortar,the compressive strength,flexural strength,tensile strength and bond strength of styrene-acrylic emulsion-modified cement mortar and VAE emulsion-modified cement mortar are measured under five kinds of poly-ash ratio. The results show that the blending of VAE emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion can significantly improve the flexural strength,toughness,tensile strength and bond strength of cement mortar,but the effect of improving the compressive strength of cement mortar is not obvious. When the poly-ash ratio increases from8% to 12%,the effect of improving the tensile strength of cement mortar by styrene-acrylic emulsion gradually increases,and the effect of improving the bond strength gradually decreases; the improvement effect of VAE emulsion on the tensile strength of cement mortar is gradually reduced,and the effect of improving the bond strength is gradually increased; when the poly-ash ratio is 8% to 12%,the effect of the VAE emulsion on the flexural strength and toughness of the cement mortar is better than that of the styrene-acrylic emulsion; When 8% ~ 11%,the effect of VAE emulsion on the tensile strength of cement mortar is better than that of styrene-acrylic emulsion.When the polyhedral ratio is 11% ~ 12%,the effect of styrene-acrylic emulsion on the tensile strength of cement mortar is better than VAE emulsion.
