摘要

本文根据吉林某高校第二餐厅、第四餐厅的现状,从食堂伙食结构、营养健康现状、工作人员的服务态度、价格水平、就餐环境以及食物卫生安全状况6个方面对比分析两种模式的不同,进而得到两种不同运营模式下食堂存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的措施。
        According to the situation of the second restaurant and fourth restaurant of a college in Jinlin province,from structure, nutrition and health status, the service attitude of the staff, price level, dining environment and food hygiene security situation to analyze two different modes, then get the problems existing in the canteen of two different modes, and put forward targeted measures.
