摘要

对国家自然科学基金中医学科面上项目、青年项目、地区项目2018年度的申请、受理、评审、资助情况进行全面的总结和梳理,为中医科研工作者今后的项目申报提供参考。2018年国家自然科学基金委员会医学部中医学科接收面上项目、青年项目、地区项目申请书分别为2322、2315、558项,共计5195项。面上项目、青年项目申请量占前3位的均为中医内科、中医针灸、中医外科,地区项目申请量占前3位的为中医内科、民族医学、中医骨科。网上同行通讯评议主要对项目的创新性、科学意义、研究内容的合理性、研究方案的可行性、前期研究基础和研究队伍状况等结合相应项目特点进行评价。此外,评审过程非常重视科研诚信的核查。经过形式审查、会议初审、通讯评审、会议终审,最终立项资助646项,资助率分别为12. 96%、10. 97%、16. 31%,平均资助强度分别是57万、21万、35万。项目申请中存在的问题主要有部分申请前期研究基础薄弱,过度强调细胞信号通路等微观分子机制,中医药整体观的研究特色趋于淡化,中医药理论和技术方法等原始创新不足等,这些问题民族特色医药相关研究力度不足等,这些问题应在今后的研究中予以关注。
        The application,acceptance,evaluation and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2018,including general program,youth program,regional program in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) were comprehensively summarized and combed to provide references for the future project application of TCM researchers. In 2018,the Department of Medicine of the National Natural Science Foundation of China received2322 general programs,2315 youth programs,and 558 regional programs applications,totaling 5 195 applications in the field of TCM. Among the top 3 most applications for general programs and youth programs were TCM internal medicine,acupuncture,and TCM surgery. The top 3 most applications for regional projects were TCM internal medicine,ethnic medicine,and TCM orthopedics. Online peer communication evaluation mainly evaluates the project's innovation,scientific significance,rationality of research content,feasibility of research program,preliminary research foundation and research team status,etc. In addition,the review process places great emphasis on the verification of scientific integrity. Research integrity was much emphasized during program dvaluation. After formal examination,preliminary review of the meeting,communication review,and final review of the meeting,646 projects were finally approved. The funding rates were 12. 96%,10. 97%,and 16. 31%,respectively. The average funding intensity was570 000 RMB,210 000 RMB,and 350 000 RMB. Some problems in the project application are mainly due to the weak research foundation of the pre-application period,over-emphasis on the micro-molecular mechanism such as the cell signal pathway,the weakened research characteristics of the overall view of TCM,insufficient original innovation of TCM theory and technical methods,and insufficient research on national feactured medicine,and attention should be paid to above problems in future research.
