摘要

目的:探讨护理干预对ICU清醒患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的ICU清醒患者90例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(给予常规护理)与观察组(给予前瞻性护理),比较2组睡眠质量与心理状态。结果:前瞻性护理干预后,观察组的各项RCSQ量表评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,P <0. 05。结论:对ICU清醒患者给予前瞻性护理干预,有利于消除患者的不良情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,值得推广并应用。
        Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and mental state of ICU awake patients. Methods: From January 2017 to December 2018,90 patients with ICU were randomly divided into two groups: control group( routine nursing) and intervention group( prospective nursing). Comparison of sleep quality and mental state between two groups. Results: After prospective nursing intervention,the scores of RCSQ,SAS and SDS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The prospective nursing intervention in patients with ICU sobriety is helpful to eliminate the bad emotion and improve the sleep quality of the patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
