摘要

目的分析RP-HPLC法用于野菊花中有效成分木犀草苷、绿原酸、蒙花苷含量测定的有效性。方法采用高效液相色谱仪对野菊花中木犀草苷、绿原酸、蒙花苷含量,以色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),波长334nm、流量1.0mL/min、柱温30℃,流动相(0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈)梯度洗脱进行检测。结果不同批次野菊花检测,绿原酸含量差异较小,而木犀草苷、蒙花苷含量差异较大。结论 RP-HPLC法能准确测定野菊花中绿原酸、蒙花苷、木犀草苷成分含量。
        Objective To analyze the effectiveness of RP-HPLC method for the determination of Luteoloside,chlorogenic acid and linarin in Flos Chrysanthemi Indici. Methods The contents of luteoloside, chlorogenic acid and linarin in flos chrysanthemi indici were detected by high performance liquid chromatography with gradient elution of chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), wavelength 334 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, column temperature 30 ℃, mobile phase(0.05% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile). Results The contents of chlorogenic acid in different batches of Chrysanthemum Indicum were slightly different, while the contents of luteoloside and linarin were significantly different. Conclusion RP-HPLC method can accurately determine the contents of chlorogenic acid, linarin and Luteoloside in Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.
