摘要
为了研究改善乳化沥青冷再生混合料疲劳性能的技术手段,基于应力控制模式下的间接拉伸疲劳试验,针对添加再生剂、布敦岩沥青及采用SBR改性乳化沥青后的冷再生混合料开展疲劳性能试验研究;根据双参数Weibull理论分析了普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料的室内疲劳试验结果,得到了普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料在5种不同失效概率下的疲劳方程。结果表明:乳化沥青冷再生混合料在添加再生剂与采用SBR改性乳化沥青后,疲劳寿命得到明显改善;添加再生剂的改善效果最明显,其次是采用SBR改性乳化沥青的冷再生混合料。
In order to study the technical means to improve the fatigue performance of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture,based on indirect tensile fatigue test under stress control mode,the fatigue performance test of cold recycled asphalt mixture with recycling agent,Buttonstone asphalt and SBR modified emulsified asphalt was carried out,and the chamber of ordinary cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture was analyzed according to two-parameter Weibull theory.The fatigue equation of common cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture under five different failure probabilities was obtained from the internal fatigue test results.The results show that the fatigue life of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture is obviously improved after adding recycling agent and SBR modified emulsified asphalt,and the effect of adding recycling agent is the most obvious,followed by SBR modified cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture.
