软件服务外包类专业“嵌入式”人才培养模式探索与实践

摘要
"互联网+"时代,计算机行业细分度不断增加,面对行业和就业市场不断增加的新需求,计算机类毕业生更要面临巨大的挑战,软件服务外包类专业"嵌入式"人才培养,以行业和企业需求为出发点,从人才培养方案制定、课程资源建设、实习实训基地建设、师资队伍培养等方面企业深度参与,提高了应用型人才培养质量,满足了社会和行业(企业)的需求,实现了学校、学生、企业"三赢"的培养模式,深化了产教融合。
In the era of "Internet +", computer industry is becoming more and more specified. In the face of the increasing demand of the industry and the employment market, computer graduates are faced with greater challenges. The "embedded" talent training of software service outsourcing majors starts from the needs of industries and enterprises, and sets up courses from talents training programs. The deep participation of enterprises in the construction of courses resources, practice training platform and the training of teachers has greatly improved the quality of applied talents training. The major meets the needs of society and industry(enterprises) well and realizes the "win-win" training mode among students, schools and enterprises. Integration of industry and education has been deepened greatly.
