摘要
鸵鸟油容易酸败变味,这成为其产业化应用的问题之一。论文通过研究生育酚(VE),维生素C棕榈酸酯(VC)和柠檬酸(CA)对防止鸵鸟油变质的单因素影响,利用正交优化实验,确定了三者复配使用的最佳添加量为:生育酚(VE)0.15%,维生素C棕榈酸酯(VC)0.30%和柠檬酸(CA)0.15%。
Ostrich oil is liable to rancidity and odor, which has become one of the problems in its industrial application. In this paper, the effects of tocopherol(VE), vitamin C palmitate(VC) and citric acid(CA) on the prevention of ostrich oil deterioration are studied. Through orthogonal optimization experiment, the optimum dosage of the three compounds is determined, that is, tocopherol(VE) 0.15%, vitamin C palmitate(VC)0.30% and citric acid(CA) 0.15%.
