摘要
结合航空电子产品的特点,从电子产品研制单位的角度分析航空电子产品元器件可靠性选择的原则和工作要素。分析了元器件选择准则、优选目录、质量等级、筛选试验、DPA、失效分析等方面的工作内容和要求。基于国内元器件选择工作现况,给出提升航空电子产品元器件选用水平的若干建议。
Combining characteristics of avionics products, the principals and elements of avionics components reliability selection were analyzed in terms of the avionics products manufactures.Contents and requirements of components selection rules, such as PPL, quality grades, screening, DPA and failure analysis were described. Suggestions on promoting working levels of components selection were given based on domestic present situation.
