摘要
构建以经济、社会、环境综合效益为目标的水资源优化配置模型,通过线性加权法将多目标模型化为单目标模型,在萤火虫算法的基础上引入一种自适应型惯性权重,将固定步长改进为可变步长,求解优化配置模型,并结合实例,得到了不同水平年不同保证率下的山西省盂县水资源优化配置方案。研究结果表明:盂县供需水量基本平衡,配置方案科学合理,基于改进萤火虫算法的水资源优化配置模型在孟县具有较强的有效性与适用性。
The optimal allocation model for water resources was established with the comprehensive goal of economic, social and environmental benefits, using the linear weighted method to transform multi-objective into single-objective. The firefly algorithm was improved by introducing the new adaptive inertia weight and a fixed-step firefly algorithm improved the variable-step firefly algorithm, aiming at solving the optimal allocation model. Combined with engineering example, the modified firefly algorithm was used to simulate the optimal allocation model of water resources in Yuxian County of Shanxi Province under different guarantee rates levels of different planning levels. The results show that the allocation results in Yuxian County are basically balanced, scientific and reasonable; the optimal allocation of water resources based on modified firefly algorithm has strong feasibility and applicability in Yuxian County.
