摘要
利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测刺苞南蛇藤藤茎的挥发性成分,为刺苞南蛇藤的进一步开发和利用提供理论依据。采用顶空固相微萃取技术对刺苞南蛇藤的挥发性成分进行富集,应用气相色谱-质谱联用法对检测出的化学成分进行分离和鉴定,采用面积归一法确定各成分的相对含量。共检出挥发性成分105种,鉴定出其中的102个组分,占挥发油总量的96.40%。主要包括有机酸、烷烃、烯烃、醇、醛和芳香类化合物等;含量较高的分别是乙基己醇(12.26%)、正壬醛(5.68%)、己酸(5.05%)、正十四烷(3.64%)、正癸醛(3.09%)、新醇(3.02%)、正十五烷(2.94%)、苯甲醛(2.43%)、香叶基丙酮(2.18%)。刺苞南蛇藤挥发性成分丰富,具有很强的药用价值。
        The volatile components from CF were determined by solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS), and provide the theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Celastrus flagellaris Rupr.(CF).The volatile components were extracted by headspace solid phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME) then separated and identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.105 compounds were detected from essential oils of tassel of carrot, and 102 of them were identified, which accounted for 96.40% of total flow area, mainly include organic acids, alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes, aromatic and other compounds; the main constituents of the oil were Ethylhexanol(12.26%),n-Nonanal(5.68%), Caproic acid(5.05%), n-Tetradecane(3.64%), n-Decanal(3.09%), Octanol(3.02%), n-Pentadecane(2.94%), Phenylmethanal(2.43%), Geranylacetone(2.18%).There are abundent chemical constituents in the volatile oil of CF, which has a strong medicinal value.
