摘要

本文在对经济管理类"本硕博"连读人才培养目标进行定位的基础上,重点以东北农业大学经济管理类"本硕博"连读人才培养为例,从培养方式、教学模式、创新教育、平台建设方面提出了"本硕博"连读人才培养的模式,并且构建了"本硕博"连读人才培养的选拔机制、培养机制、激励机制、竞争机制。
        Based on the orientation of the training target of "Undergraduate-Postgraduate-Doctor" continuous reading talents of economic management,this paper focuses on the training of "Undergraduate-Postgraduate-Doctor" continuous reading talents of economic management of Northeast Agricultural University as an example,from the mode of cultivation and teaching mode.In the aspect of innovative education and platform construction,this paper puts forward the training mode of "Undergraduate-Postgraduate-Doctor" continuous reading talents,and constructs the selection mechanism,training mechanism,incentive mechanism and competition mechanism of "Ben Shuo Bo" continuous reading talent training.
