摘要
课程评估是促进和保障课程质量提高的重要手段。文章在分析地方高校课程自我评估指标构建方面存在过程性要素体现不足、指标内涵模糊、可操作性弱等普遍问题的基础上,提出课程评估指标体系的构建应坚持科学性、发展性、导向性、简约性、适切性五项原则,地方高校课程评估应以应用型人才培养为导向,以精品课程建设为方向,侧重课程建设与管理过程。过程性评价与终结性评价结合,设计的指标内涵界定清晰明确,简单易评,切合学校实际,在常态化的课程教学自我评估中加以应用,能充分发挥评估导向功能,引导课程自省自建。
Curriculum evaluation is an important means to promote and guarantee the improvement of curriculum quality. Based on the analysis of the common problems in the construction of curriculum self-evaluation index in local colleges and universities, such as insufficient process elements, vague index connotation and weak maneuverability, this paper puts forward that the construction of curriculum evaluation index should be scientific. Based on the five principles of scientificalness; development, orientation, brevity and appropriateness, this paper mainly introduces the ideas and characteristics of constructing the evaluation index system of Guangdong Ocean University's course teaching. Based on applied talents training and taking the construction of high-quality courses as the direction, the index emphases the evaluation of the course construction and management process, the definition of the index is clear and clear, simple and easy to evaluate, in line with the reality of the school.
