摘要

高校管理者、教师和学生共同组成了高校管理,其中大学生在高校管理中的地位与作用不容忽视。随着我国教育改革的逐渐深入,在高校管理中应当切实做到以学生为本,充分发挥大学生的主体地位和作用,不断提高大学生在高校管理机制中的参与度,提升其话语权。
        The higher institution administrators,the teachers and the students jointly manage higher institutions,of which the status and role of university students in the administration of higher institutions should not be neglected.With the gradual deepening of China's educational reform,a student-oriented approach should be effectively implemented in the administration of higher institutions in order to let the university students play a dominant role,continuously enhance the participation of them in the mechanism of higher institution administration to improve their right of discourse in higher institution administration.
