摘要
目的采用HPLC法同时测定8个厂家74批次丹参片中4种丹参酮类成分二氢丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用HPLC法,Aglient ZORBAX C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1mL·L~(-1)磷酸溶液(80∶20);柱温:30℃;流速:1mL·min~(-1);检测波长:270nm。结果二氢丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA的进样量分别在1.956~97.8,3.820~191.0,4.982~249.1和5.440~272.0ng范围内与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.7%,100.0%,99.9%和99.9%,RSD值分别为0.51%,0.00%,0.30%和0.21%。结论建立的HPLC法简便快捷、准确,重复性好,可作为丹参片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 4 tanshinones in 74 batches of 8manufacturers Danshen Tablets(dihydrotanshinone,tanshinone I,cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA).Methods HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on an Aglient ZORBAX C_(18)column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-1mL·L~(-1 )phosphoric acid solution(80∶20)with a flow rate of 1mL·min~(-1 )at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 270nm.Results The linear ranges of dihydrotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA were in the ranges of 1.956-97.8,3.820-191.0,4.982-249.1and 5.440-272.0ng,respectively.The recoveries(n=6)of dihydrotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA were 99.7%,100.0%,99.9% and 99.9%,respectively.The RSD were0.51%,0.00%,0.30% and 0.21%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Danshen Tablets.
