摘要

通过对大型建筑企业管理制度体系改革与创新的时代背景进行分析,明确了完善企业管理制度体系的必然性,并从管理制度体系建设的原则、目标、保障措施等方面分别提出了建议,以期为大型建筑企业的管理制度体系建设提供参考。
        By analyzing the background of the reformation and innovation of large-scale construction enterprise management system,the inevitability of improving the enterprise management system is clarified,and some suggestions are proposed from the principles,objectives and safeguards of management system construction,so as to provide reference for the management system construction of large construction enterprises.
