摘要

从产业经济学的视角,提出并界定城市更新产业的概念与内涵,利用投入产出分析定量测算城市更新产业的经济效应。研究结果表明城市更新产业已具备成为我国重要经济增长点的基本特征,到2030年,城市更新产业对GDP的直接贡献率与综合贡献率分别可达3.21%和30.64%。最后,分别从价值体系、法律法规、技术标准的角度提出城市更新的发展建议,以保障城市更新产业经济潜能得以充分释放。
        From the perspective of industrial economics,this paper puts forward and defines the concept and connotation of urban regeneration industry,and uses input-output analysis to quantify its economic effect. results shows that the urban regeneration industry has been a basic feature of the important economic industry in our country,and by 2030,the direct and comprehensive contribution rate of urban regeneration industry to GDP can reach 3.21% and 30.64% respectively. Finally,puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of value system,laws and regulations and technical standards,so as to guarantee the full release of industrial economic potential of urban regeneration.
