生态城市指标体系的优化升级与动态更新——以中新天津生态城指标体系2.0版为例

摘要
生态城市指标体系需要及时修订,不断完善,以保证指标体系对生态城市规划建设管理的引导支撑作用,持续体现指标体系的先进性与科学性。目前,国内外生态城市指标体系基本为静态系统,出现指标滞后、指引性弱等一系列问题。针对这些问题,文章以中新天津生态城为研究对象,以发展目标和实施问题为导向,提出了生态城市指标体系动态优化与更新的方法策略和保障措施,保证了中新天津生态城指标体系的先进性,可为国内外生态城市的构建与优化提供经验借鉴。
The index system of eco-city needs to be revised and developed in time so as to ensure the guiding and supporting role of the index system in the planning and construction management of eco-city as it keeps its advanced and scientific nature. At present, the index system of eco-city at home and abroad is basically static, resulting in a series of problems in its function of guidance. In view of these problems, this paper takes Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as the research object, studies the development goal and the implementation problems, proposes the method strategy and the safeguard measure of the dynamic optimization and renewal of the eco-city index system, guarantees the advancement of the index system of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, and constructs and optimizes the eco-city at home and abroad.
