摘要
为了有针对性地达成M1类车前后排各安全带固定点强度设计,文章根据新法规GB 14167—2013全车座椅都配备三点式安全带的要求,分析了前、后排各安全带固定点需承受的最大载荷,并指出需着重关注后排中间座椅三点式安全带3个固定点的强度设计和前排安全带座椅端固定点的强度设计。进一步举例说明某车型上安全带固定点在法规变更后带来的开裂现状,从而验证了理论分析的正确性,以期为新车型正向设计开发提供参考意见。
        In order to achieve the targeted design of the fixed belts strength in the front and rear of the M1 class,all car seats are equipped with three-point seat belts according to the requirements of GB 14167-2013,and the maximum load to be taken by the front and rear seat belt fixing points is analyzed. The necessary to pay attention to the strength design of the three fixed points of the three-point seat belt in the rear middle seat is pointed out. The strength design of the fixed point of the front seat belt seat should be focused on. Further,an example is given to a vehicle seat belt protection from the cracking of belt anchorage after a rule change to validate the correctness of theoretical analysis,so as to provide reference for the new models are designed and developed.
